Growing up comes with unique pressures—from academic stress and social media to friendship dynamics and identity questions. We’re here to help you navigate it all.

Our support is a personalized strategy to promote emotional wellness. It helps individuals take control of their mental health by identifying triggers, building coping tools, and setting recovery goals

Understanding Adolescence

Support Sessions

Anxiety – Deliberate Self Harm – Low Mood – Intrusive Thoughts – Anger Management – Coping
Skills – OCD – Panic Attacks – ASC Support

Initial Assessment

• £20
• Introductory session to explore your needs

Weekly CBT-Based Sessions

• £35 per session
• Includes all materials and workbooks
• Typically lasts 4–6 weeks

Your plan includes:

• Workbook for weekly session completion
• Recognizing warning signs
• Practicing mindfulness using traditional method and Meta Quest VR
• CBT-based techniques
• Ongoing support offered throughout.

Our primary support is based on CBT which helps teens understand thought patterns, manage anxiety, and build emotional resilience, offering a safe and confidential space to talk
